Fair Play

How results are decided. Operator: Reelhaven Ltd, licence № [licence number], regulated by [regulator].

1. Random number generator

• Every round is decided on our servers by a cryptographic random number generator. The animation on your screen only replays the decided result.
• RNG certification: [Lab name], certificate № [number], [date], scope: all slot and table games. The current report: available on request.

2. Return to player (RTP)

• RTP is the long-run share of stakes a game pays back, measured over millions of rounds — not a promise for any session. Short sessions vary wildly.
• Each game's card shows its verified RTP; games without a verified figure show none. Current figures: available on request.
• Maximum win is a per-round limit, not a likely result.

3. What the operator cannot do

• Results cannot be changed per player, per bet size or per time of day. Promotional boosts, where offered, are labelled in-game and excluded from certified figures.

4. Disputes

Every round is logged with its result. If you dispute a round, contact support@reelhaven.com with the time, game and bet — unresolved disputes go to [regulator name].
